Your data and your choices
- Delete entries and metrics: in the app, open the entry or metric and delete it.
- Delete your account: in the app, Settings, then Delete Account. It removes your account and the data attached to it.
- Anything else (a deletion you cannot do in the app, a question about what we hold): write to [email protected]. Data deletion requests are processed within 30 days.
